Day 1 - Planting

Well, it has officially begun. The seedlings arrived on Wednesday, but I've had to keep them in their small containers out in the sun for a few days to acclimate to the weather.

Of course, we had to have some help to get them out to the garden...

This morning they went in the dirt and thus begins Day 1. Day 56 should be when we start to see the first fruit on the Lime Green Salad, since it's a smaller plant. Day 72 should yield the first fruit of the rest of the plants.

so happy they finally arrived and are in the ground......now the daily fun starts when you find yourself going out to look at them each morning, marveling at how God makes things grow from just a tiny seed....
